Most Rollers have a warranty against defects in
manufacturing for 1 (one) Year from date of purchase. Water train rollers
are only warranted for 6 (six) months from date of purchase.
- Unless otherwise specified, all goods manufactured
by the Company are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials for one year from the date of purchase. For goods which are
not manufactured by the Company, the warranty will be equal to the
original manufacturers warranty supplied with those goods. This express
warranty is not applicable to failure of or damage to any goods caused
by mishandling and/or other abuse by the Customer. Where the Customer
has also paid the Company for installation services, the Company also
provides a 90 day labor warranty. Due to the nature of how they are
used, water train rollers are only warranted for six months from date of

not include customer misuse, mishandling, neglect or use of improper chemistry. Warranty
is determined by the manufacturer.
- WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER:
- You may request a RMA
(Returned Merchandise Authorization) to return Rollers Freight Prepaid within the first 30 days with a
Return Authorization, although a 15% Restocking Fee will
be charged if there is nothing wrong with the rollers.
- AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER:
- After obtaining an RMA, Defective rollers may be returned
freight prepaid to the manufacturer with a copy of the Return Authorization.

CORE EXCHANGE SALES POLICY
Orders for stock items are shipped within 24 hrs of receipt of order.
Non-stock items ship 2-4 weeks from date of order.
Freight costs will be added to all domestic orders under $1,100, and all
The items listed as 'Exchange Roller' require you to send us an equivalent
roller to 150 Marr Ave NW, Marietta, GA 30060, within 60 days of their invoice
date. All cores and returnable accessories must be free from damage and within
original OEM specification. Any unreturned cores/accessories or returned items
not meeting the above criteria, will be invoiced to you.
Any items returned after 60 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that products from our Exchange program may be manufactured from
refurbished parts, however they still carry our standard warranty terms.

exception of Syn-Tac Rollers which can also be shipped to Canada.
Our Credit Policy is strictly enforced.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
& Discover only.
We can only ship within the US & Canada.
We can only process US & Canadian credit cards (due
to billing address and zip codes issues. Our credit card processing company
is unable to process cards without a 5-digit zipcode.
In order to process credit card payments we need the Billing Address
where the credit card Statement for the card is mailed. Many addresses outside
the United States have a Zip/Postal Code that includes characters that do
not meet the U.S. 5-digit standard.
In most cases you can simply call the number on the back of the card to
request that your card issuing entity provide you with a 5-Digit Zip Code to
use for address verification of International addresses.
Unless we have this 5-digit code we will not be able to process your
order and/or payment.
