  • In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from TheRollerStore.com, you may return the merchandise prepaid for a refund within 30 days of the Date Shipped, with the exception of Manuals, Electrical and Electronic Parts and Board Repairs, as outlined below:
     
    • Operator Manuals & Parts Catalogs are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of shipping errors
    • Electrical and Electronic parts are non-returnable, non-refundable and are not warranted. We strongly recommend that you have your local factory-trained technician troubleshoot all electrical and electronic problems and then have the technician install the parts
    • Board Repairs are non-returnable, non-refundable and are not warranted. We strongly recommend that you have your local factory-trained technician troubleshoot all electrical and electronic problems and then have the technician install the parts
    • Shipping Charges are non-refundable
       
  • All special-order parts are subject to the OEM's standard restocking fee (15-30%)
  • Products returned damaged, worn, or with missing parts are subject to the OEM's standard restocking fee (15-30%) of purchase price

Shipping

  • All shipments have a minimum shipping charge of $14.00 per shipment 

  • The actual shipping costs will be charged when they exceed $14.00

  • We currently ship within the Continental United States only.

  • If you are outside of the continental U.S. and use either a Freight Forwarder or an Exporter here within the continental United States, we are delighted to ship to your Freight Forwarder on your behalf.

Minimum Order

  • TheRollerStore.com does not have a minimum order requirement, however the minimum shipping charge will apply

  • Any Manufacturer's minimum order policy will apply on all drop-shipments. Here are some of the most common:

    • Presstek Orders have a $100.00 Order Minimum
    • Kompac Orders have a $100.00 Order Minimum
    • T-51 Townsend Orders have a $25.00 Order Minimum
