 OUR Guarantee

Syn-Tac Rollers are guaranteed for 1 Year from date of purchase. Rollers can be returned for credit within the first 30 days, although a 15% Restocking Fee will be charged if there is nothing wrong with the rollers. After the first 30 days, defective rollers may be returned with a Return Authorization and will be replaced. More details can be located on the inside front cover of the Syn-Tac Roller Catalog.

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from TheRollerStore.com, you may return the merchandise Freight-Prepaid for a refund within 30 days of the Date Shipped, with the exception of Electrical and Electronic Parts and Special-order parts, as outlined below:

• Special Order Parts are non-returnable.
• Parts which are returnable are subject to the OEM's standard restocking fee (15-30%).
• Products returned damaged, worn, or with missing parts are subject to the OEM's standard restocking fee (15-30%) of purchase price. If badly damaged, return and credit may be denied by the OEM.

• Printers Parts/Printers Repair Parts are non-returnable and non-refundable and are not warranted.
• Electrical and Electronic parts are non-returnable, non-refundable and are not warranted. We strongly recommend that you have your local factory-trained technician troubleshoot all electrical and electronic problems, order the parts for you and then have the technician install the parts
• Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

• Any OEM's minimum order policy will apply on all drop-shipments. Here are some of the most common:

  • All Presstek Orders have a $100.00 Order Minimum
  • All Kompac Orders have a $100.00 Order Minimum
• TheRollerStore.com does not have a minimum order requirement, however the minimum shipping charge will apply

Shipping

• All shipments have a minimum shipping charge of $16.00 per shipment

• The actual shipping costs will be charged when they exceed $16.00
