SOFT-KLEEN
Soft-Kleen is an aliphatic, water-miscible solvent wash specially formulated to clean ink and paper residue off of sheet fed blankets, rollers, and equipment.

COLOR OUT – Step One and Step Two
Step One is designed to deep clean rollers for a color change, especially for black to yellow color changes. It removes wet and dry ink, pigment stains, gum glaze, varnish, paper coatings, and is gentle on the roller rubber compounds. Step Two is a blend of several hydrocarbon solvents designed to remove Step One and prepare the rollers for the ink color.

CRC
CRC cleans chrome moisture rollers of ink particles, size compounds, oxidation and other contaminants that may interfere with fountain solution distribution, leaving the roller’s surface “hydrophilic” – water receptive.

DEEP KLEEN GEL
Deep Kleen Gel removes ink deposits out of the pores of the rubber, rejuvenating the rubber surface of both rollers and blankets. Calcium deposits are also removed from the treated surface. The convenient gel form is easier to use and easier to rinse off the roller train.

DEGLAZER GEL
Deglazer Gel is designed to remove calcium from ink rollers and blankets. The convenient gel form is easier to use and easier to rinse off the roller train.

MRC
MRC is designed for cleaning rollers while the press is at idle speed and is very safe and effective for cleaning metering rollers. MRC is specifically designed to keep metering rollers clean of clay, ink pigment and calcium carbonate/size compounds that can poison the water distribution system.

ROLLER LUBE
Roller Lube is designed for multi-color presses and is used when some of the units on the press are not used while other units are printing a job, coating and lubricating the rollers on the not-used units to allow the rollers to rotate without building up excessive heat.

QUICK-KLEEN
Quick-Kleen is designed to clean modern rubber compounds. This product meets the aromatic content guideline to be mild on the rollers and blankets but give a strong cleaning performance to thoroughly remove ink.

APA
APA is effective at eliminating alcohol on presses equipped with continuous dampening systems. This alcohol substitute when used in conjunction with FC1000 fountain solution provides a low VOC alcohol replacement package.

FC1000
FC1000 is a one-step alcohol replacement fountain solution specifically formulated to run on aqueous plates. The strong buffer system incorporated in this formula allows it to be used in all but the hardest of water, and is especially useful when running alkaline papers. It has proven to be very successful on continuous dampeners because of its ability to resist feedback on the water rollers.

MP 2000
MP 2000 is a one-step, universal product that does not require alcohol and in most cases, alcohol substitutes. Formulated to run all silver-type and metal plates, MP2000 is designed especially for the Crestline continuous feed dampening system.

MP 2000 POLY PLUS
MP2000 Poly Plus is a one-step, universal product that does not require alcohol and in most cases, alcohol substitutes. It is formulated to run polyester and metal plates.

POLY AD
Poly Ad helps to eliminate background tinting and plate sensitivity. This additive helps the plate to become more water receptive. Poly Ad should be used on Silver Emulsion type plates (paper or polyester) and can also be used on metal plates.

COMPOUND X
Compound X is a specially formulated, deep cleaning, roller deglazing paste that is excellent for use in both the ink train and the Crestline continuous feed dampener. Compound X removes glaze from rollers and returns them to a “like new” condition for optimum press performance.

SP25
SP25 is an intermediate grain, partially encapsulated, premium grade spray powder made from pure food starches. Overall powder use is decreased by switching to SP25 Spray
